Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables. However, I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranties
I strive to provide high-quality services, but I do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any defects or issues should be reported within 14 days of delivery for resolution.

Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice if the other party fails to meet their obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, payment for completed work will be due.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
